Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices. AI & Innovation Lead adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities. Build AI-powered workflows, recommendation engines, conversational experiences, and operational tools. Implement robust AI governance, observability, and performance standards. Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation. Scalability & Reliability Scale systems supporting millions of users and growing transaction volumes.
