ShieldAIisseekingaDirectorofContingentWorkforceProgramstoleadthestrategy,governance,operations,andcontinuousimprovementofourcontingentworkforceprogram,supportingagencyworkers,independentcontractors,andstatement-of-work(SOW)engagements.Inthisrole,youwillindependentlyassessbusinessneeds,establishprogrampriorities,recommenddecisions,anddriveexecutionacrossfunctions.Youwillbuildandimprovetheprocesses,controls,andpartnershipsthatenableaneffective,scalableprogram.Youwillpartnercloselywithbusinessleaders,PeopleExperience(PX),EORvendors,Legal,Finance,IT,andSecuritytostrengthenprogramperformance,managerisk,improvesupplieraccountability,anddeliveraconsistentstakeholderexperience.Thisisahands-onroleforsomeonewhocansetdirectionandfollowthroughontheoperationaldetailsthatmakeaprogramsuccessful.Therolemaysuperviseoneemployeeresponsibleforprogramcoordinationandadministration.

Required Qualifications:
- 12 + y e a r s o f r e l e v a n t e x p e r i e n c e i n c o n t i n g e n t w o r k f o r c e m a n a g e m e n t , w o r k f o r c e p r o g r a m s , H R / P X o p e r a t i o n s , p r o c u r e m e n t , o r s u p p l i e r m a n a g e m e n t , i n c l u d i n g d i r e c t o w n e r s h i p o f a c o n t i n g e n t w o r k f o r c e p r o g r a m .
- D e m o n s t r a t e d e x p e r i e n c e b u i l d i n g , s c a l i n g , o r t r a n s f o r m i n g a n e n t e r p r i s e c o n t i n g e n t w o r k f o r c e p r o g r a m , w i t h m e a s u r a b l e i m p r o v e m e n t s i n o p e r a t i o n s , g o v e r n a n c e , s u p p l i e r p e r f o r m a n c e , o r c o s t .

Full-time regular employee offer package:

Temporary employee offer package:
Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check. Military fellows and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits. Compensation
Seattle and San Mateo Locations: $205,000 -$300,000 All other locations: $174,000 - $260,000
